Our voluntary promise is simple: request a refund within 30 days of your Verinome purchase, no reason needed.

How to request a refund

Email support@verinome.org with your purchase email or receipt reference. Please do not attach your raw DNA file or genetic results. We return approved refunds to the original payment method; bank processing times can vary.

You can try it before paying

Start with the free preview to check your file and see the available starter findings. The full report costs $15 USD once. It is not a subscription, so there is no recurring plan to cancel.

If something does not work

Tell us which step failed and what error you saw. We can help with delivery, downloads or duplicate charges. You can still request a refund within the 30-day period instead.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary refund promise is additional to, and does not restrict, any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Downloading your report does not remove this 30-day promise.
