Where does my DNA actually go?
Your raw file is read in your browser and never uploaded. Selected marker readouts are sent to generate findings; these are genetic data even without your name. Stripe handles payment details separately. Read the data-flow explanation.
What do I get free, before paying?
A file-quality and coverage check plus the available starter findings, with evidence grades and references. The preview shows the additional findings supported by your file before you decide to pay $15.
Is this a subscription?
No. The full report costs $15 USD once. Nothing renews. Your final checkout total is shown by Stripe before payment.

How do refunds work?
Email support@verinome.org within 30 days of purchase to request a refund, no reason needed. Include your purchase email or receipt reference, not your DNA file. This voluntary promise does not limit your statutory rights.
